HOW TO QUALIFY

The Road to WSOP Cash Race

Players can qualify via earning Reward Credits (60 per hour) when playing cash games in the Empire Poker Room this July.

A leader board will be generated each day and the top 40 positions (plus ties) will be entered into our loyalty tournament on 22 August 2021 at 4pm.

There will be a cash prize for all players who make the final table and the winner of the tournament will also be awarded a package to be the part of Team Empire this November.

An exclusive £2/5 Cash Race

As well as earning points for our July loyalty tournament, we will also be giving away a Team Empire package via an exclusive loyalty tournament to £2/5 players only.

Any Reward Credits earned on £2/5 NLH cash games in July will also earn points for a £2/5 leader board.

The top 10 players on this leader board (plus ties) at the end of the month, will return to play a tournament at 4pm on Monday 23 August 2021 for another Team Empire package.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Road to WSOP (Loyalty Tournament)

This will take place at 4pm on Sunday 22 August 2021.
Tournament qualification is based on Reward Credits earned in the previous calendar month on Poker cash games, 40 players and ties will qualify via a leader board.
A Team Empire package will be available to win via qualification in July 2021.
All players must be signed in at the Poker table with a Caesars Reward card to register any points for our leader board.
Caesars Rewards account holders will accumulate points via Reward Credits for our Cash Race leader board. Data will be collated on a daily basis.
The period will run from 6am to 6am. The first card pitched by the dealer will mark the start of the hand.
The top 40 players on the monthly leader board (including ties), will be invited to our monthly loyalty tournament
The management reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time. All management decisions are final.
If a player has his/her Caesars Rewards account suspended or cancelled before the tournament, they will forfeit their place/package.
Players will be required to participate in marketing commitments which will include photographs, videos and social media posts.

Cash Games Terms and Conditions

£1 will be deducted from each eligible pot in Poker cash Games for promotional purposes.
An eligible pot is defined as: Hand must see a flop Pot must be a minimum; £20 before Promotional Rake is extracted; A minimum of four players must take part or receive cards in the hand;
The hand must be dealt by poker room staff.
85% of Promotional Rake will contribute to the monthly loyalty tournament prize pool.
15% of Promotional Rake will be retained by the casino as an administration fee.
This will be offered on ALL No Limit Hold’em cash games.
Thee earning period will run from 06:00 until 05:59. These times coincide with the casino gaming day. The first card pitched by the dealer will mark the start of the hand.

Team Empire Package Terms and Conditions

Customer must be a Caesars Rewards UK card holder and sign up to Caesars Rewards USA.
There is no cash alternative/refund for any part(s) of the package.
Packages can only be transferred to another Caesars Rewards UK card holder (within 14 days of winning) who has qualified for a Team Empire Cash Race or previously played in a WSOP tournament at the Empire with prior agreement from the Empire Casino management.
The WSOP tournament buy-in included in the package is for the 2021 Main Event with the starting date selected by Empire Casino management. A cash refund/alternative is not permitted.
Travel arrangements will be made for all team members to travel together. These flights will be fixed dates and any adjustments to the flights or travel accommodation will be at the expense of the team member. There are no refund or cash alternatives to the original arrangements.
If a package is transferred, it must be done as a whole. Flights, accommodation and buy in will be in a single persons name only.
Players must confirm all details within 14 working days of winning a package so relevant bookings can be made.
Winners must wear an Empire badge at all times during WSOP tournament play. These must remain visible during all Main Event tournament play. No other promotional badges must be worn during the WSOP Main Event without permission from Empire Casino management.
If a package is transferred, the nominee assumes all package winner expectations and responsibilities.
If a player has his/her Caesars Rewards account suspended or cancelled before the WSOP event takes place, they will forfeit the package.
Package Winners must arrange and obtain their own ESTA/Visa for right of entry into the USA.
The team members will be fully responsible for adhering to any Covid-19 entry requirements into the USA and the UK on return.
Players entering the WSOP events must be over the age of 21.
Each team member will need to provide the Las Vegas hotel with their credit card details. The credit card will be charged for an incidental deposit and any other costs accrued during the trip.
Players will be required to participate in marketing commitments which include but are not limited to photographs, videos and social media posts. These will be scheduled in London and Las Vegas. These will be scheduled in advance and must be attended by all Team Empire members.
If any team member is participating in any product/service marketing which may be conflict of interest to our own, their package may be cancelled.
The management reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
All management decisions are final.
