Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 22 November to 6 December 2023 between 12pm and 8pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. The Hot Seat promotion will only run on Electronic Roulette and Slot machines.
  3. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an electronic gaming machine during play.
  4. Every hour during the promotional period, one player is chosen at random to win one spin on the prize wheel.
  5. Winners will be notified by a message on the electronic machine or by Venue Management.
  6. The prize wheel will have 27 segments with the following prizes: 1 x iPad, 1 x Apple Watch (series 9), 2 x Apple Air Pod, 4 x £25 iTunes vouchers, 5 x £50 Free Play, 4 x £25 Free Play, and 10 x 1,000 Met Points.
  7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  8. Free Play can be collected as a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics from Cash Desk.
  9. Met Points will be credited to the winners account within 24 hours.
  10. Apple product winners will be contacted to collect their prize within 7 days of winning.
  11. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  12. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Hot Seat promotional activity.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
