Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 9 to 23 November 2023 and is only open to The Kings Sports Bar customers.
  2. One prize draw ticket earned when a customer purchases food or drink to the value of £10 or more at The Kings Sports Bar.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are correctly filled out on the draw ticket to be confirmed as a winner.
  4. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 30 minutes before the draw.
  5. Draws will take place on Thursday 23 November 2023 at 8pm and 10pm.
  6. At 8pm two winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola to win the following: 1st
    ticket drawn will win a £100 Bar Tab and a NFL Jersey, 2nd ticket drawn will win a £50 Bar Tab and a NFL Jersey.
  7. At 10pm one winner will be chosen randomly from the tombola to win a £25 Bar Tab and a NFL Jersey.
  8. Customers must be present at the time of the draw to win.
  9. Customer’s full name and surname must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified with a valid photo ID for the customer to be confirmed as a winner.
  10. NFL Jerseys will not be available on the day, winners will be contacted by the Marketing representative via their preferred method of contact to arrange for their preferred team jersey and collection of prizes
  11. Prizes must be redeemed in the Kings Sports Bar within 30 days.
  12. No cash alternatives and no change given.
  13. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  14. The tombola will be cleared after all the final draw.
  15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  19. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
