Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run on Tuesday 26 March 2024 from 8pm and is open to Queen, King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram members.
  2. Upon entry, guests must tap their card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk to print a ticket.
  3. The ticket must then be exchanged with a customer relations executive on duty for a tier based offer booklet.
  4. There are 4 types of voucher booklets available, the denomination of offers available in each tier booklet is as follows:
    4a. HVC Monogram Scheme members – 1x £100 Match Play, 1x ‘Roll the Dice’ Mini game voucher, 1x ‘Prize Drop’ Mini game voucher.
    4b. Ace Met Card Holders – 1x £50 Match Play, 1x ‘Roll the Dice’ Mini game voucher, 1x ‘Prize Drop’ Mini game voucher.
    4c. King Met Card Holders – 1x £25 Match Play, 1x ‘Roll the Dice’ Mini game voucher, 1x ‘Prize Drop’ Mini game voucher.
    4d. Queen Met Card Holders - £10 Match Play, 1x ‘Prize Drop’ Mini game voucher.
  5. All vouchers are valid for redemption only on the date stated on the voucher.
  6. Mini game vouchers must be redeemed on the date and time stated on the voucher with a customer relations executive on duty and exchanged for 1x play of the mini game.
  7. Match Play Vouchers are valid for use on Dragon Lounge Blackjack, Roulette, and Punto banco live gaming tables.
  8. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  9. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  10. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
  11. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  12. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
