Prize Draw Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run on Sunday 11 February 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. One prize draw ticket is earned for every food or drink purchase to the value of £10 or more at The Kings Sports Bar between 6.30pm and 10.30pm.
3. The tombola will be situated in the Kings Sports Bar, all guests must fill in their name and contact information on the prize draw entry and drop it in the tombola to be entered into the draw.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correctly filled out on the draw ticket to be confirmed as a winner.
5. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
6. Three winners will be drawn at 10.45pm and will win the following in the order they were drawn: 1st winner drawn – Official NFL Jersey and £100 Bar Tab, 2nd winner drawn – Official NFL Jersey and £50 Bar Tab, 3rd winner drawn – Official NFL Jersey and £25 Bar Tab.
7. Customers must be present at the time of the draw to win.
8. Customer’s full name and surname must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified with a valid photo ID for the customer to be confirmed as a winner.
9. NFL Jerseys will not be available on the day; winners will be contacted by the Marketing representative via their preferred method of contact to arrange their preferred team jersey and collection of prizes.
10. Prizes must be redeemed in the Kings Sports Bar within 30 days of winning.
11. No cash alternatives and no change given.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
13. The tombola will be cleared after the draw.
14. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
15. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
17. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
18. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Booking Package Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run on Sunday 11 February 2024 and is open to all customers.
2. Bookings for the 2024 Super Bowl Sunday showing will be available at £25 per person.
3. The booking will entitle the guest to a Match Day Package voucher and a £5 Free Bet.
4. Guests must provide confirmation of their booking on the day to receive the booking offers.
5. The Match Day package voucher entitles the guest to one free drink and a choice of one of the following promotional food items: Philly Cheese Sub, Buttermilk Chicken Bites or Breaded Chicken Wings with Alabama White BBQ Sauce redeemable with any attendant.
6. Free drink to be redeemed at the Bar for one of the following: House beer, 125ml glass of house wine, single house spirit and mixer or soft drink.
7. Free Bet can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night.
8. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be changed for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
9. Limited to one Match Day Package and Free Bet per customer.
10. M Card holders are excluded from claiming the £5 Free Bet offer.
