Membership is free.
Individuals must be of legal age to participate and their identitymust be proven to the satisfaction of Caesars Entertainment UK to obtain a Caesars Rewards card.
The benefits of the Caesars Rewards UK loyalty programme are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account.
A Caesars Rewards card may be used to track the play and accumulate Reward Credits by the participant on their account only. It is against programme rules for a participant to accrue Reward Credits by distributing his / her card to other players.
Caesars Entertainment UK and its affiliates, subsidiaries and parent companies (Caesars Entertainment) are not responsible for lost or stolen cards, including any resulting misuse.
Reward Credits can be earned and redeemed at any participating Caesars Entertainment UK property, subject only to any Caesars Entertainment UK casino's membership requirements.
At its sole discretion, Caesars Entertainment UK may separately reward selected players money, goods, services or other advantage proportionate to the type and level of their gambling.
Reward Credits are earned on food and drink purchases and for all tracked slot and electronic gaming play. Where applicable, Reward Credits maybe earned for all tracked table play. Reward Credits will not be earned on promotional electronic tickets, promotional table vouchers or gaming chips.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure his/her Caesars Rewards card is inserted properly in the machine when playing slots or electronic roulette. Where applicable, it is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that a supervisor is aware of their play when playing tables or any other games.
All Reward Credit earnings are subject to review and verification.
Reward Credits remain valid providing the participant visits a Caesars Entertainment UK property and uses their Caesars Rewards card at least once every six months; otherwise the entire Reward Credit account balance will expire.
Where table tracking is applicable, Caesars Entertainment UK uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play; however, as a condition of receiving Reward Credits for table games play, or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Reward Credits are granted based on the personal observation of Caesars Entertainment UK employees, which is subject to error. The determination of Caesars Entertainment UK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
Management reserves the right to adjust account status due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the Caesars Rewards card and at management discretion.
Reward Credits are redeemable for gaming play (minimum 500 Reward Credits),food and drink at participating Caesars Entertainment UK bars and restaurants, as well as items from the Caesars Rewards desk, merchandise catalogue or rewards menu. Reward Credits have no cash value. They may be rounded up to the nearest £1 when being redeemed for food, drink or other retail items on Caesars Entertainment UK property.
All redemptions are final unless otherwise allowed at the sole discretion of Caesars Entertainment UK.
A participant's identity must be verified to the satisfaction of Caesars Entertainment UK in order to redeem Reward Credits.
Caesars Entertainment UK may engage in strategic relationships and/or promotions, which may result in the earning of Bonus Reward Credits that are deposited into a participant’s account.
Tier Credits are calculated from gaming Reward Credits, Reward Credits earned on food and beverage purchases and any Reward Credits adjustments.Promotional bonus points are not included.
Players are eligible to join the following VIP tiers if they earn the appropriate number of Tier Credits in a calendar year: Platinum 15,000 Tier Credits, Diamond 30,000 Tier Credits and Seven Stars 100,000 Tier Credits.
Platinum, Diamond & Seven Stars tier benefits have separate terms and conditions and these are available to these card holders upon request.
In the event of death, this will result in the cancellation of the Caesars Rewards membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
Caesars Rewards cards are non-transferable, the property of Caesars Entertainment UK and must be returned upon request of Caesars Entertainment UK. Reward Credit earnings are non-transferable including upon death or divorce.
All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility,etc. for this programme lie solely with Caesars Entertainment UK whose decisions are final.
Caesars Entertainment UK reserves the right to modify or cancel this loyalty programme at any time, for any reason, provided that such modification shall not, as of the date of such modification, materially alter or change any participant's reward(s) already earned or redeemed. Notice will be given in advance of such changes.
Caesars Entertainment UK reserves the right to revoke or deny application for membership if the individual has not complied with the loyalty programme in any manner inclusive of the Terms & Conditions and/or misuse of the Caesars Rewards card. Any fraudulent usage of the card may result in the immediate loss of Caesars Rewards membership and all privileges will be revoked.
Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities by their own request or through SENSE (operated by The National Casino Forum) or those excluded at the sole discretion of Caesars Entertainment UK are not eligible. Any existing Caesars Rewards account and its Reward Credits balance will be cancelled and forfeit accordingly.
In the event of outstanding monies owed to any Caesars Entertainment UK property, the Caesars Rewards benefits may be suspended pending payment of the outstanding debt.
By participating in this loyalty programme, participants agree to the rules and regulations.
The Caesars Entertainment UK Caesars Rewards loyalty programme in the UK is separate from any programme at any of Caesars Entertainment UK international properties as well as Caesars Entertainment Caesars Rewards loyalty program.
Reward Credits can be exchanged between Caesars Rewards UK and Caesars Rewards (US) for player use. However, prior to travel, UK players must enroll in the Caesars Rewards (US) program.

Terms and Conditions

This promotion will run from Monday 3 February to Sunday1 March and is only open to Caesars Rewards card holders.
Customers will be issued one stamp card per week (4 in total) and each card is valid only for the week in which it is issued.
Only one stamp will be issued per day to customers playing Punto Banco on the main gaming floor (excludes Dragon Lounge) from 1-4pm.
Each stamp entitles the customer to a £10 non negotiable gaming chip. Should a customer complete the card with all 7 stamps, they will receive £100 in non negotiable gaming chips.
Stamp cards can be redeemed at any time during the promotion, but once redeemed that card is then invalid and will not be returned to the customer for further stamps to be collected.
Stamp cards must be redeemed by Sunday 8 March.
