Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 1 December 2024 until 31 January 2025 and is open to all customers.
  2. During the month of December 2024, guests will earn one New Years Wheel spin voucher each time they spend £20 or more on food and/or drinks.
  3. Limited to 1 voucher per transaction.
  4. The New Years Wheel will have 54 segments with the following prizes: 16x segments of Free chicken wings, 16x segments of Free Drink, 12x segments of Free Pizza, 5x segments of £50 Bar Tab and 5x segments of £250 Bar Tab.
  5. The chicken wings, free drink, or free pizza vouchers can be redeemed with a food and beverage valet within kitchen opening times (Vegetarian options are available upon request).
  6. The £50 or £250 Bar Tab voucher can be redeemed with a food and beverage valet at any bar, except for Dovetail Bar.
  7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  8. All prizes to be redeemed by 15 February 2025.
  9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
