Scratch Card Terms and conditions

1. This promotion will run from Monday 18 September to Sunday 8 October 2023 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch cards are available from Reception daily and cannot be issued retrospectively.
3. One scratch card per person per day.
4. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
   
5. Prizes are redeemed as follows:
6. Free Play to be exchanged at Cash Desk for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots and Electronics.
7. Prize draw entries to be exchanged at Reception for a Prize Draw ticket/s.
8. Match Play to be placed as a single bet for one hand on Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette along with the same value bet in cash as detailed on the scratch card received. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual. For Slots and Electronics exchange at Cash Desk with the same value bet as in cash as detailed on the scratch card for a promotional ticket. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. Box of Mooncakes to be exchanged at the Cloakroom for a box of Mooncakes.
10. Met Points to be handed to Reception, credits will be applied within 24-hours. Normal Met Point terms apply.
11. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
12. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
13. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
14. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
15. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Prize Draw Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run on Sunday 8 October 2023 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Customers can collect a draw ticket only when they exchange their scratch card with ‘Prize draw entry’ prize in the panel. Number of prize draw tickets depends on the amount stated on the scratch card.
3. Draw will take place at 8pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to qualify. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minute to claim the prize by producing their Met card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minute a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.

7. The tombola will be cleared after the final ticket has been drawn.
8. Three winners will be drawn from the tombola and will win the following: 1st ticket £1,000 Free Play, 2nd ticket £500 Free Play and 3rd ticket £250 Free Play.
9. Free Play can be redeemed at Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to use on tables, or a promotional ticket to use on Slots or Electronics.
10. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
11. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
