Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from Tuesday 25 to Sunday 30 June 2024 between 10am and 12pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
  2. To be eligible the Met Card holder must be opted-in to receive Email or SMS communication.
  3. The eligible participants list will be updated every Friday within the promotional period, to include Met Card holders who have updated their opt-in preferences and have become eligible to participate.
  4. Eligible customers can redeem their £25 Match Play offer at Cash Desk.
  5. Customer must present the Cash Desk with a £25 cash bet in exchange for a £50 promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
  6. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  7. One Match Play offer per person per day.
  8. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Match Play Madness promotional activity.
  9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
