Match Play Madness Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run from Monday 10 October – Thursday 13 October, between 12pm and 10pm and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Only valid for use on Electronic Gaming machines in the Electronic Lounge.
3. When playing the machines in the Electronic Lounge between 12pm and 10pm, and you credit and play £20 on the machine, £20 promotional credit will be credited automatically onto the machine.
4. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
5. Met Points are not earned when promotional funds are played.
6. One promotional credit per person per day.
7. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
8. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
10. Any Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
11. Disregard or failure to meet any of any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Hot Seat Wednesday Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run on Wednesday 12 October 2022 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. The Hot Seat promotion will only run on Electronic Gaming machines in the Electronic Lounge between 12pm and 8pm.
3. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an Electronic Gaming machine during play.
4. Every hour during the promotional period, one player is chosen at random to win 10,000 Met Points.
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the Electronic Machine.
6. 10,000 Met Points will be credited to winners’ accounts within the same gaming day.
7. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.

Golden Ball Party Prize Draw Terms and conditions

1. The event will take place on Sunday 16 October and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Prize draw tickets will be distributed at random times between 4pm and 8:30pm on the day to Met Card holders playing on the machines in the Electronic Lounge.
3. Draws will take place at 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 7.30pm and 8.30pm and entry tickets must be in the tombola 5 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. The tombola will be cleared after the last draw at 8.30pm.
8. Three winners will be drawn from each draw and will have a chance to spin the wheel to win the prize the wheel lands on.
9. Prizes on the wheel available are: 5x no win, 10x £5 promotional ticket, 10x £10 promotional ticket, 15x £25 promotional ticket, 10x £50 promotional ticket,1x £100 promotional ticket and 1x £250 promotional ticket.
