Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 7 October – 6 November and is only open to King and Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
  2. Participants qualify for one spin of the ‘Royal Wheel’ if they earn the requisite number of Met Points (2,500) during the Earning Period.
  3. Qualifying Met Points are earned on all gaming products, including Slots, Electronic Roulette Machines, and Live Table Gaming.
  4. Met Points earned are not redeemed for chips, so a participant’s Met Points balance remains unchanged.
  5. Customers must present their Met Card prior to playing on gaming tables or ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the machine for Met Points to be earned.
  6. Met Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
  7. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
  8. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Card cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
  9. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.
  10. Participants are responsible for presenting their Met Card during qualifying transactions.
  11. Where table tracking is applicable, Metropolitan Gaming (MGUK) uses reasonable efforts to track a participant's play. However, as a condition of receiving Met Points for table games or other non-electronic games, participants agree that such Met Points are granted based on the personal observation of MGUK employees, which is subject to error. The determination of MGUK shall be final with respect to any discrepancies.
  12. Earning periods and spin days are as follows:
    12.1. Earn between 7 October – 13 October to qualify for a spin on Wednesday, 16 October, between 4 – 10 pm.
    12.2. Earn between 14 October – 20 October to qualify for a spin on Wednesday, 23 October, between 4 – 10 pm.
    12.3. Earn between 21 October – 27 October to qualify for a spin on Wednesday, 30 October, between 4 – 10 pm.
    12.4. Earn between 28 October – 3 November to qualify for a spin on Wednesday, 6 November, between 4 – 10 pm.
  13. Upon entry, customers must tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for one spin of the Royal Wheel.
  14. There will be two different tier Royal Wheels – one for King Met Card Holders (King Royal Wheel) and one for Ace Met Card holders and HVC scheme members (Ace Royal Wheel).
  15. The King Royal Wheel will have 54 segments with the following prizes: 20x £50 Free Play, 14x £100 Free Play, 10x £150 Free Play, 6x £200 Free Play, and 4x £250 Free Play.
  16. The Ace Royal Wheel will have 54 segments with the following prizes: 20x £100 Free Play, 14x £200 Free Play, 10x £300 Free Play, 6x £400 Free Play, and 4x £500 Free Play.
  17. Prizes won cannot be exchanged, and no cash alternative is available.
  18. Free Play won can be collected at the Cash Desk as a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics or as non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, on the day won.
  19. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the payout will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  20. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  21. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  22. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  23. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  24. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes
