Scratch Card Terms and conditions

1. This promotion will run from Monday 18 – Sunday 31 March 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Scratch Cards can be collected through events on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines and spend on food and drink.
3. Scratch Cards can be earned between 10am and 7:30pm daily on live gaming tables, Slots or Electronic machines when one of the following events occur:

3a. Blackjack tables “Blackjack Bonus” – A scratch card can be claimed when the customer wins with any suited blackjack hand.
3b. Roulette tables “Lucky Day” – A scratch card can be claimed by having any winning table bet corresponding with the gaming date, outside bets not included, gaming date defined as 6am to 5.59am.
3c. Punto Banco tables “Egalite” – A scratch card can be claimed by winning any egalite bet.
3d. Three Card Poker tables “Top Pay-outs” – A scratch card entry can be claimed if the customer wins with a Three of a Kind or Straight Flush.
3e. Poker “Empire Hand” - A scratch card can be claimed when you complete a hand holding the Empire hand 5/6 suited.
3f. At Slots and Electronic Roulette machines scratch cards will be distributed on the hour every hour, to all customer actively playing on the machines.

4. Customers will also earn a scratch card when they spend £20 or more on food and drinks anytime of the day.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
6. Prizes are redeemed as follows:

6a. Golden Egg to be handed to Cash Desk in exchange for £1,000 in non-negotiable chips. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
6b. 1, 2 or 3 Prize Draw Entries to be exchanged at Reception for Prize Draw Tickets to be placed in the tombola.
6c. Promo Ticket to be handed to Cash Desk in exchange for a £5 promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics.
6d. Chocolate Easter Egg to be exchanged at Reception for a chocolate Easter egg.
6e. Met Points to be handed to Reception for Met Points to be credited within 24-hours. Normal Met Points terms and conditions apply.

7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
8. M Card holders are excluded from participating in the ‘Hunt the Golden Egg’ promotional activity.
9. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
10. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
12. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
13. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Prize Draw Terms and conditions

1. This promotion will run Monday 18 – Sunday 31 March 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Customers can collect a prize draw ticket when exchanging a scratch card with 'Prize Draw Entry' in the prize panel. The number of prize draw tickets issued will be determined by the amount stated on the scratch card.
3. Draws will take place every Sunday at 8pm between Monday 18 – Sunday 31 March and entry tickets must be in the tombola 15 minutes before the draw.
4. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
5. The Met Card holder’s membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
6. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
7. 3 winners will be drawn from the tombola each Sunday to pick and uncover an Easter egg panel on the backing board, there will be 6 Easter Egg Panels on the backing board in total, consisting of the following prizes: 1x £1,000 Free Play, 1x £750 Free Play, 2x £500 Free Play, 2x £250 Free Play.
8. One win per customer per draw, in the event that the same winner is drawn, a re-draw will take place.
9. The tombola will be cleared every Sunday after 3 winners have been determined.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
