Slots Tournament Terms and conditions

1. The Slots tournament will run from 19 August – 1 September 2024 Monday to Thursday and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. Registration for the tournament will start on the day from 5pm; no entries will be permitted past 6.30pm.
3. The tournament is free to enter with each participant allowed one entry per tournament per day.
4. To enter the tournament customers will need to be in the casino and contact a Slots Host who will assign them to their round and take them to the designated area to take part in the tournament.
5. Minimum of 4 and maximum of 80 participants per tournament.
6. Each participant will receive 10,000 credits on their machine to participate in the tournament.
7. Participants will have two minutes to try and achieve the highest score, minimum bet of 100 and maximum bet of 500 credits per spin.
8. After all the rounds have been played, based on the participants of the day, all scores will be entered onto the leader board.
9. The top 3 players on the leader board will win the following prizes: 1st place - £200 in Free Play, 2nd place - £100 in Free Play and 3rd place - £50 in Free Play.
10. In the event of a tie on the final leader board results, participants who achieved the same score will be given an option to split the prize between them equally or play a full round, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
11. Free Play will be issued as a promotional ticket to be used on Slot machines on the day.
12. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Slots Tournament promotional activity.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Double Up Fridays Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run from 19 August – 1 September 2024 on Friday’s and is only open to eligible Met Card holders.
2. To be eligible the Met Card holder must opt-in during the opt-in period to participate in the Double Up Fridays promotional activity. An opt-in invitation will be sent to customers via Email or SMS between the opt-in periods.
3. The opt-in periods are as follows: The opt-in periods are as follows 15 to 21 August to earn on Friday 23 August, 22 August to 28 August to earn on Friday 30 August.
4. Double Met Points (1 additional point for every one usually earned) will be awarded on all Slots Machines during the promotional period.
5. Bonus Met Points are added automatically during the gaming session and normal Met Point terms and conditions apply.
6. Customers must ensure that their card is correctly inserted into the Slots machine for Met Points to be earned.
7. Met Points are automatically issued and cannot be issued retrospectively.
8. Bonus Met Points are not included in Tier calculations.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Card cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
10. Leisure Met Card holders are excluded from participating in the Double Up Fridays promotional activity.

Hot Seats – Spin to Win Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run from 19 August – 1 September 2024 on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and is only open to Met Card holders.
2. The Hot Seat promotion will only run on all Slot machines.
3. To be eligible to enter, a customer must have their Met Card inserted into an Slot machine during play.
4. Every hour during the promotional period, one player is chosen at random to win one spin on the prize wheel.
5. Winners will be notified by a message on the Slot machine or by Venue Management.
6. The prize wheel will have 27 segments with the following prizes: 3 x £20 Food or Drink Spend, 5 x £25 Match Play, 5 x £50 Match Play, 2 x £75 Match Play, 1 x £100 Free Play, 1 x £150 Free Play and 10 x 1,000 Met Points.
7. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
8. Free Play can be collected at Cash Desk as a promotional ticket to be used on Slots machines on the day won.
9. Met Points will be credited to the winners account within 24 hours. Normal Met Points terms apply.
10. Match Play vouchers are valid for use on Slot machines only and must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
11. The £20 Food and Drink vouchers are valid for use on the date stated on front of the voucher.
12. The Promoter is not responsible for Met Cards being incorrectly inserted into the electronic gaming machine.
