Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 4 to 14 September 2023 Monday to Thursday from 2pm to 8pm and is only open to all customers.
  2. The Golden Ball Match Play activity will only run on Golden Ball Electronic Machines on the main gaming floor.
  3. When playing on the golden ball electronic machines, customers must qualify by crediting and playing a wager of £5.
  4. Once the credited amount has been played, the Slot Host on duty will give the customer a £5 promotional ticket.
  5. It is the customer's responsibility to highlight to the Slots Host when the amount has been played. Match Plays cannot be issued at the time the money is staked and cannot be issued retrospectively.
  6. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
  7. One promotional credit per person per day.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  11. Any Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
