Dragon Boat Festival Event Terms and conditions

1. The event will take place on Thursday 13 June 2024 from 8pm and is open only to Ace, King, Queen Met Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members.
2. Upon entry customers will need to tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk, a ticket will be printed which will act as their prize draw entry.
3. A tombola for each Met Card tier will be placed next to the bar, one for Queen Met Card holder entries, one for King Met Card holder entries, and one for Ace Met Card holder and HVC Monogram Scheme member entries.
4. The ticket and the customer’s Met Card must be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, who will verify the entry and place it into the tombola that correlates to the customers Met Card tier and issue the tier-based Match Play offer.
5. Match Play denominations are based on the customer’s Met Card tier which is as follows: Queen £10 Match Play, King £25 Match Play, Ace £50 Match Play and HVC Monogram £100 Match Play.
6. Match Play to be placed as a single bet on one hand on Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette along with the same value bet in cash as detailed on the voucher received. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings paid out as usual. On Slots or Electronics, present the voucher to Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all funds must be staked before cashing out.
7. Draws will take place at 9.15pm and 9.45pm and entries must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
9. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
10. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
11. The tombola’s will be cleared after the final draw.
12. One winner will be drawn per draw time from each of the three tombola’s, the winners will each receive the following prizes for use on the night: Queen Met Card holders £100 Free Play, King Met Card holders £200 Free Play and Ace Met Card holder or HVC Monogram Scheme member £300 Free Play.
13. Free Play can be redeemed at the Dragon Lounge Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables.
14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
15. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
16. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
18. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
19. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Dragon Boat Match Play Terms and conditions

1. The promotion will run from Monday 3 to Wednesday 5 June 2024 and is only open to King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Customers can collect their daily Match Play when they visit the Dragon Lounge from 8pm during the promotional period, limited to one offer per customer per day.
3. Upon entry customers must tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge kiosk to print a ticket, which must then be exchanged with a Customer Relations Executive on duty for a tier-based Match Play offer: King Met Card holders - £25 Match Play, Ace Met Card holders - £50 Match Play and HVC Monogram Scheme member - £100 Match Play.
4. Match Play is valid for use on Blackjack, Roulette, Slots or Electronics.
5. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
6. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
7. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin.
8. On Slots and Electronics, the voucher must be presented to the Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
