Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion will run from 15 December 2023 to 31 January 2024 and is open to all customers.
  2. Booklets will be distributed to qualifying customers by Reception and the Events team.
  3. To qualify for a booklet a customer must meet one of the following criteria: Sign up to the Met Card loyalty programme, book a table in the Kings Sports Bar or a Christmas Package booking in the Icon Balcony Bar.
  4. A booklet with four vouchers valid for use from 1 to 31 January 2024 can be earned from 15 to 31 December 2023.
  5. Each booklet contains the following vouchers: 1 x 2 for 1 Drinks voucher, 1 x Small Plate Item voucher, 1 x Portion of Wings voucher, and 1 x £5 Match Play voucher.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  7. One voucher booklet per person, no cash alternatives available.
  8. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  9. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  11. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  12. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
