Terms & Conditions

  1. This event will run on Thursday 11 July 2024 from 8pm in the Dragon Lounge and is open to Queen, King, Ace Met Card holders and HVC Monogram members.
  2. Upon entry, guests must tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge to print a ticket, which will act as their prize draw entry, limited to one ticket per customer.
  3. Three tier-based tombola’s will be available in the Dragon Lounge, one for Queen Met Card holders, one for King Met Card holders, and one for Ace Met Card holders as well as HVC Monogram members.
  4. The ticket and the customer’s Met Card must be presented to a Customer Relations Executive on duty, who will verify the entry and place it into the tombola that correlates to the customers Met Card tier and issue the tier-based Match Play offer for use on the night.
  5. Match Play denominations are based on the customer’s Met Card tier which is as follows: Queen - £10 Match Play, King - £25 Match Play, Ace - £50 Match Play and HVC Monogram - £100 Match Play.
  6. Match Play to be placed as a single bet on one hand on Blackjack or an even chance bet on Roulette along with the same value bet in cash as detailed on the voucher received. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings paid out as usual. On Slots or Electronics, present the voucher to Cash Desk with the same value bet as detailed on the voucher in exchange for a promotional ticket, all funds must be staked before cashing out.
  7. Prize Draws will take place in the Dragon Lounge at 9pm and 9.30pm, entry tickets must be in the tombola that correlates with their tier 10 minutes before each draw.
  8. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from each tier-based tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
  9. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries/vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  11. The tombola will be cleared once the final ticket has been drawn.
  12. All draw prize denominations are tier-based, one winner will be drawn from each tier-based tombola every draw to win the following: Queen £100 Free Play, King £200 Free Play, Ace and HVC £300 Free Play.
  13. Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slots or Electronics on the night.
  14. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
  15. Prizes won cannot be exchanged and no cash alternative is available.
  16. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  17. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  19. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  20. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
