Lucky Rabbit Scratch card terms and conditions

1. This promotion is only open to The Met Card holders.
2. The promotion will run from Monday 16 – Sunday 29 January 2023.
3. Customers can collect a scratch card from Reception anytime every day.
4. One scratch card per customer per day. scratch cards cannot be issued retrospectively.
5. Prizes available are: lucky rabbit £1,000, 1, 2 or 5 Prize draw entries, £5 promotional ticket, cuddly toy, 500 and 1000 Met Points.
6. Should you find the ‘Lucky Rabbit/£1,000’ underneath the panel, take this to Cash Desk to receive £1,000 non negotiable gaming chips to be used on tables.
7. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips.
8. Should you find ‘prize draw entry’ underneath the panel, exchange this at Reception for Prize Draw tickets.
9. Should you find ‘Promo ticket’ underneath the panel, exchange this at main Cash Desk for Promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics. All Promotional funds will need to be staked before cashing out.
10. Should you find ‘cuddly rabbit’ underneath the panel, exchange this at Reception for cuddly toy.
11. Should you find ‘Points’ underneath the panel, the points won will be added to your account in 24 hours. Hand the ticket back to Receptionist.

Prize draw ticket terms and conditions


1. This promotion is only open to The Met Card holders.
2. The promotion will run from Monday 16 – Sunday 29 January 2023.
3. Customers can collect a draw ticket only when they exchange their scratch card with ‘Prize draw entry’ prize in the panel. Number of Prize draw tickets depends upon the number of scratch cards redeemed during the promotion period.
4. Final prize draw will take place on Sunday 29 January at 8pm, when five winners will be drawn to spin the prize wheel once. Customer can only win once. Entry tickets must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
5. Customers will win a prize depending on the wheel segment it lands on.
6. There will be 52 segments on the prize wheel: 13x £1,000 cash, 13x £750 cash, 13x £500 cash, 13x £250 cash.
7. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
8. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
9. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
10.The tombola will be cleared after all five winners drawn.

ER Tournament terms and conditions

1. The tournament is open to Met Card holders only.
2. Tournament will take place on Wednesday 18 January 2023.
3. Registration from 7pm. No entries will be permitted past 9pm. Maximum 90 participants on a first come, first served basis.
4. The tournament is free to enter with each guest allowed one entry per tournament.
5. To enter the tournament guests will need to be in the casino and contact a Customer Relations Executive or a Slot Host who will take them to a designated area to take part in the tournament.
6. In the event of a tie of the final leader board results, customers, who achieved the same amount of chips will be given an option to split the prize between them equally (if all in full agreement) or play again full spins/hands of the allocated game, until such time that an outright winner is decided.
7. Met Points will not be earned while playing the tournament.
8. There will be a maximum of 13 players playing at any one time.
9. All participants will start their game with 100,000 in tournament credit and will have 5 minutes to accrue the biggest score.
10. Credits left after 5 mins will not count towards the final score.
11. Round ends after 5 mins or when all 100,000 chips have been placed on the layout whichever comes first.
12. Minimum stake per spin is £1,000 in tournament credit.
13. After all rounds, scores from all participants of the day will be entered into the daily leader board.
14. The Six customers with the highest scores will go into the last final tournament session.
15. The overall winners at the end of the final tournament will be the top three players that have earned the highest credit during the final tournament.
16. The top 3 players in the final round will win the following prizes: 1st place - £500, 2nd place - £300, 3rd place - £200.
17. All prizes are paid in promotional tickets and no cash alternative is available.
18. All Promotional tickets must be staked before cashing out.
