Arabian Night Prize Draws

1. The event will take place on Wednesday 8 May 2024 from 8pm and is open only to Ace, King, Queen Met Card Holders and HVC Monogram Scheme Members.
2. Upon entry customers will need to tap their Met Card on the Dragon Lounge Kiosk, a ticket will be printed which will act as their prize draw entry.
3. A tombola for each tier type will be placed next to the bar, one for Queen Met Card holder entries, one for King Met Card holder entries, and one for Ace Met Card holder and HVC Monogram Scheme member entries.
4. The customer must place their draw ticket in the tombola that corresponds with their Met Card tier.
5. Draws will take place at 8.30pm, 9pm and 9.30pm and entries must be in the tombola 10 minutes before the draw.
6. Members must be present at the time of the draw to win. Winners will be chosen randomly from the tombola and will have 2 minutes to claim the prize by producing their membership card. If the prize is not claimed within 2 minutes a re-draw will take place.
7. The Met Card holder’s name and membership number must be displayed on the entry ticket and verified for the member to be confirmed as a winner.
8. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
9. The tombola’s will be cleared after the final draw.
10. One winner will be drawn per draw time from each of the three tombola’s, the winners will each receive the following prizes for use on the night: Queen Met Card holders £100 Free Play, King Met Card holders £200 Free Play, Ace Met Card holder or HVC Monogram Scheme member £300 Free Play.
11. Free Play can be redeemed at the Dragon Lounge Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used tables.
12. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
13. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
14. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
16. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
17. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.

Stamp Card Promotion

1. The promotion will run from 9 to 31 May 2024 and is only open to Ace, King, Queen Met Card holders and HVC Monogram Scheme members.
2. Stamp cards will be available to collect from the Customer Relations Executive at the Arabian Night event on 8 May between 8pm and 10pm.
3. Customers can earn one stamp per day on Live Gaming Tables in the Dragon Lounge, and these cannot be issued retrospectively. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their card is stamped every day that they visit.
4. Completed stamp cards with five stamps can be exchanged at the Cash Desk for the following prizes: Queen Met Card holders receive £50 5. Free Play, King Met Card holders receive £75 Free Play, Ace Met Card holders receive £100 Free Play, HVC Monogram Scheme members receive £200 Free Play.
6. Free Play can be redeemed for either a non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
7. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
8. All promotional funds must be staked before cashing out.
9. All stamp cards must be redeemed by 1 June 2024.
