Terms & Conditions

  1. This promotion will run from 6 to 30 September 2023 at Empire Casino and is open to all customers.
  2. Customers who spend £20 or more at 7th Cat Chinese Kitchen, will be eligible to £20 Match Play voucher to be used directly on the live gaming tables.
  3. Voucher is redeemable within 30 days.
  4. On tables, a bet of the same value must be placed at the table with the voucher. Vouchers are withheld once used and winnings are paid out as usual.
  5. Blackjack – voucher can only be used on one hand unless the outcome is a standoff, where the voucher will be returned. Does not include any side bets.
  6. Roulette – valid for a single even chance bet on roulette. Voucher can only be used on one spin. In the winning result of the spin the voucher will be removed from the table and replaced with cash chips to the same value. Voucher has no cash value. If zero is the winning number, the voucher can be used for one more spin.
  7. Punto Banco - valid for a single coup bet on even chance bets.
  8. Limited to one voucher per person per day.
  9. The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted.
  10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
  11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
  13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
