Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run from 6am on 1 December to 11.59pm on 22 December 2023.
The promotion is open to Met Card holders when visiting Alea Glasgow, Alea Nottingham, Manchester 235, The Empire, The Sportsman and the Rendezvous Brighton. Excludes M Card customers.
Met Card holder (existing or new customers during the promotion) who updates their details and opts into email or SMS communications will be eligible to receive a £5 free bet.
Customers are eligible to receive only one £5 free bet voucher during the promotional period.
Vouchers will only be emailed or texted to customers on the contact details provided, up to 72 hours after their details have been changed.
Should customers subsequently opt out of communications before the voucher is sent, they may not receive a voucher and vouchers cannot then be issued retrospectively.
Vouchers are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
A free bet voucher can only be redeemed at Cash Desk and not directly on the tables.
The voucher can be exchanged for either a non-negotiable chip to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics.
The voucher is only valid until 22 January 2024.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
The Promoter is not responsible for any vouchers that are incomplete, misdirected, late, lost, damaged or stolen and these will not be replaced. Photocopies or reprints will not be accepted. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
