PLAYER INFORMATION:
The Bad Beat Jackpot will be offered on all House Dealer Dealt Texas Hold’em Cash Games*

All players taking part in House Dealer Dealt Texas Hold’em Cash Games are eligible to win the Bad Beat Jackpot.

The Bad Beat Jackpot will increase daily and a notice will be posted advertising the current amount available.

The dealer shall retain £1 from each eligible pot.**

An eligible pot is defined as;

Hand must see a flop

Pot must be £25 minimum before rake is extracted

Hand must be dealt by house dealer

Jackpot only offered on Texas Hold’em Cash Games

To win the Bad Beat Jackpot a player must be beaten at showdown (show of cards to determine winner of pot) whilst holding the minimum qualifying hand.

The minimum (lowest ranked) hand to qualify for Jackpot is Four Twos

2♥ 2♣ 2♦ 2♠

Both the player holding the Bad Beat Hand and the player holding the best hand (winner of the pot at showdown) must use both hole cards in the construction of their hands, a maximum of three community cards (flop, turn and river) can be used.

A minimum of four players must take part (receive cards) in the Jackpot hand

All players will be required to produce ID to receive payment over £1,500***

Jackpot is paid out / distributed in the following way:****

50% to Bad Beat Hand

25% to best hand (winner of the pot at showdown)

25% distributed equally to all remaining players partaking (received cards at the time the Jackpot hits), in House Dealer Dealt Texas Hold’em Cash Games that qualify for Bad Beat Jackpot

In the event of two or more tied hands being simultaneously declared as Jackpot winners all prizes will be paid as follows;

All Bad Beat hands to receive equal share of 50% of Jackpot

All best hands to receive equal share of 25% of Jackpot

All other players who qualify receive equal share of 25% of Jackpot.

*Bad Beat Jackpot is not offered on any tournaments, Omaha, Stud, dealer’s choice, round of each etc.

**50% of Bad Beat rake contributed to current Jackpot

£150 of Bad Beat rake returned as daily spot prizes to players partaking (received cards) in House Dealer Dealt Texas Hold’em Cash Games that qualify for Bad Beat Jackpot

15% of Bad Beat rake is retained by the casino as an administration fee.

Balance of Bad Beat rake contributed towards the reserve (the next) jackpot

***If player is not a Player Rewards Card holder the casino will withhold payment until the player has produced satisfactory ID (e.g. passport, photo driving licence).

****The Company reserve the right to withhold immediate payment of any jackpot to enable the probity of the win to be satisfied.
